On the 11th June 1984 the wing was hit by a National Freight Corporation truck at Bournemouth. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair and was broken up between the 6th and 28th July 1984 for spares use. Photo Ian Haskell.

On the 19th July 1990 the starboard main landing gear failed to lock down, a forced landing was made with the starboard gear in the unsafe position. After repair work at Amsterdam the aircraft was ferried to Norwich, it was withdrawn from service and broken up in November 1991. Photo Jan. Aviation Safety Network.
