Shown in the colours of its former operator Manx Airlines, with Baltic titles who were only a short lived airline. AirUK chartered this aircraft over the Christmas and new year period 1988/9 to provide extra capacity on the GCI LHR route. we have confirmation from one of our picture contributors Howard Chaloner who flew on the UK 380 GCI to LHR on 02 January 1989. With Air UK from 1988, wearing the much liked second colour scheme, I remember being told that the PR company thought this colour scheme to frivolous and we should be more business-like, by 1993 the 146 fleet started to appear in the final colour scheme depicted below, HP later flew in Buzz colours and Air France colours.
